Stretford’s Sam Stewart wins top award
SAM Stewart from Stretford has scooped a top hoteliers award The 26-year-old been crowned winner of the ‘Back of House’ award at the coveted Manchester Hoteliers Association Awards which reward and recognise the many ‘unsung heroes’ within the Manchester hospitality industry.
Sam, who is the Junior Sous Chef at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate Hotel, said: “There is such a lot of exceptional talent in our industry and certainly within Manchester so this was a true honour for me to collect on the night.”
