TRAFFORD-based financial planner Morven Millar has been named Chartered Financial Planner of the North West by local institutes.
Morven, who is a partner at Gresham Wealth Management LLP in Sale, picked up the accolade at the recent North West Centenary Awards 2012, held to mark the Chartered Insurance Institute’s (CII) centenary anniversary of being granted a Royal Charter.
The award is highly regarded and honours an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the sector through their expertise, ability and innovation as well as their work in the interest of the local community.
Julie Ampadu, from the Insurance Institute of Manchester, said: “The competition for the Chartered Financial Planner of the North West award was extremely high and Morven is a very deserving winner. Her entry stood out as an example of a true professional. She is committed to providing a high standard of advice to enhance the customer experience and reputation of the sector.”
