Zone Partnership moves into Urmston property

A PROPERTY on Higher Road, Urmston, Manchester has been let to Zone Partnership, a building and maintenance contractor, for its new HQ.
The 3500 sq ft accommodation on ground and first floors has been taken on a five year lease.
Geoff Dowdall of Zone Partnership said: “This move will help support the continued growth of our business and is a further commitment by the group to this area of Manchester. We are a national contractor with a strong Manchester background and look forward to a long and successful stay in our new head office.”
