MELANIE Oliver and her family have been rushed off their feet this month after the opening of their new business, Oliver’s Brunch Bar.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the brunch bar has been a great success so far for the family with 42-year-old Melanie saying she is “delighted” with how well things are going.
The mother-of-four decided to set up the business after being made redundant last year and, with the help of her family, has been able to completely makeover the store on Woodsend Road, Flixton, and transform it into a state-of-the-art brunch bar.
Melanie's husband, Jason (43) and sons, Ben (21), Charlie (14), Jack (12) and daughter Emily (17) have played a massive part in the success of the business.
Melanie even had a visit from Sale Sharks winger Tom Brady earlier this month, who tried out what the brunch bar has to offer.
