RUSSELLS Construction has completed the refurbishment of a 16,000 sq ft warehouse for logistics specialist AK Worthington Ltd at Westbrook Road, Trafford Park.

The £1million project included ancillary works and project management for 7,500 sq ft of prefabricated modular buildings on the same site.

Andrew Russell, managing director of the Trafford Park-based main contractor, said: “We put together a great team for this project and the end result is a superb new facility for a long standing and valued client.”

The 14-week programme saw Russells re-clad the external facade in a built up cladding system,refurbish the internal floor and install new air conditioning, ventalation, electrics and IT services.
