RECRUITMENT specialists from Altrincham are celebrating winning a national award.

Meridian Business Support took home the Best Embedded Recruitment Team at the Recruiter’s Awards for Excellence 2012.

Chief executive Mark Mitchell said: “It is fantastic that Meridian has been recognised for it’s outstanding contribution to the recruitment industry. Winning this award is testament to the hard work, commitment and dedication of our staff.”

They were praised for their outstanding services to clients and candidates as well as implementing best practice as an employer at the glitzy ceremeony in London’s Grovesnor House Hotel.

The company, based on Manchester Road, was formed in Altrincham in 1989 and now 80 branches nationwide
