A COUNSELLOR from Altrincham has been shortlisted for a Professional Hero in the Mental Health Hero awards Roxana Rudzik-Shaw, has been recognised by mental health organisation Mental Healthy and national charities SANE, The Mental Health Foundation, The centre for Mental Health and Emergence for her achievements founding and running RRS Counselling Services as well as her online counselling for national charity Beatbullying.
Roxana said: “Over the years I have encountered numerous individuals who, despite the many challenges in their own lives, have strived for change. To me, these people are the true heroes.”
