LMO Property has sold the freehold office building at 5 Ambassador Place, Altrincham to a Business Telecommunication Services company.
eCall Connect, which is already based in Altrincham, has purchased the 2,764 sq ft building for its own use along with its sister companies Digital Media Team (Business Social Media) and Eddison Wells (Mortgage and General Insurance Brokerage).
Darren Hughes, managing director, eCall Connect Ltd, said: “We are looking forward to moving into our new premises which are ideally located in Altrincham for our growing team thanks to its commuting channels.”
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the vendor, said: “This sale reflects the continued attraction of the high spec town centre self-contained office building with its own front door”.
