The company specialise in one off exclusive developments and has taken a three year lease on Suite B providing 1,376 sq ft of fully refurbished office accommodation at a rent of £12.50 per sq ft.
Commercial agent TFC and Matthews & Goodman acted for the landlord SHS Estates.
