ALTRINCHAM'S Best Western Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham has launched a live booking service with partner venuedirectory.com.
This gives corporate customers the ability, at the touch of a button, to book any of its small meeting rooms with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Believed to be the only hotel in Manchester offering this service, the online system is easy to use and is as simple as entering a preferred date and number of delegates attending on the hotel’s website booking tool.
Paul Hindley, general manager of the Best Western Cresta Court Hotel, said: “We have completed extensive refurbishment to our meeting rooms in the past two years and have since noticed a growth in short lead time meeting bookings.
"This new system will allow our PAs and direct corporate bookers immediate access to live meeting space availability, enabling them to book more quickly, easily and within their short lead times.
"We are the first hotel in the area to launch live availability with our partner venuedirectory.com, and already it is proving a popular addition to our services.”
