OFFICE provider Citibase has launched a new business hub in Old Trafford.

The centre will provide up to 360 entrepreneurs, start-ups and smaller and medium sized firms with office space.

Situated in a landmark building, Oakland House in Talbot Road, the centre has been fully refurbished, and features a impressive reception, six passenger lifts and café.

Steve Jude, Citibase's CEO, said: “With Manchester at its heart, the northern powerhouse is set to become one of the most exciting driving forces in our country’s new economy.

"I have been saying for some time that “the world of work has changed forever” and this will be more evident than ever in 2017 as businesses reject the restrictions and ties of long office contracts and search for flexible, affordable work space.

"Citibase is proud to be a leader in empowering and incubating these companies in the North West by providing a home for them to flourish.

"By creating a flexible, hassle free environment, they can focus on what’s most important – making a success of their businesses and helping create new employment.”

Citibase also has a hub in Princess Street, Manchester.
