The property on Cecil Road, Hale
REGIONAL Property Solutions has negotiated on behalf of a private pension fund on two retail lease renewals in Hale and Altrincham.
At Cecil Road, Hale, Stranz, one of the most popular and established hairdressing salons in the village, has committed to a new 10-year lease on its 1,560 sq ft premises.
At Regent Road, Altrincham, the Stockport E Cig Company has renewed for a further five years on its 600 sq ft.
