INNOVATION will be on the menu when the South Manchester Business Association (SMBA) welcomes The Fab Lab to its weekly breakfast meeting on Wednesday, August 31.

The Fab Lab, which offers creative space for product designers and entrepreneurs to test out their ideas and bring them to life, will give a presentation to the SMBA at one of their regular morning meetings held each Wednesday at 6.45am at the Mercure Bowdon Hotel on Langham Road.

Businesses are welcome to attend the event and can register for free at the SMBA website: www.smba.org.uk Chair Liz Law said: “We are thrilled to welcome the team from The Fab Lab to our breakfast meeting.

“The Fab Lab has helped thousands of entrepreneurs from across the north west bring their ideas to life and no matter what the concept, they have the skills to make it happen.

“I love this ethos and I am sure our members will too.”

The SMBA was set up 10 years ago by a group of local business owners and remains an independent group. All membership fees are reinvested directly for the benefit of its members.

Its 30 members represent all areas of business across south Manchester and Trafford with PR professionals, accountants and property experts among its ranks.
