DEVELOPER Adlington is to build retirement apartments in Urmston.
The project at the former Creamline Dairy site on Moorside Road is set to be complete in autumn 2017, and will boast 55 apartments, exclusively for those over 60.
The development of one, two and three bedroom spacious apartments will feature a table service restaurant, hairdressing salon, activities and crafts room, spa suite and landscaped gardens.
Flexible 24-hour on-site care and support will be available.
Claire Reede, marketing manager at Adlington House, said: “The brand new development in Urmston will be right in the heart of the local community and means that our homeowners will be able to lead independent lives, with a little extra care and support should they need it."
