AN Altrincham office has been sold and is being given a makeover.
The property on Regent Road has been sold by a private investor to LMO Property Ltd
The property comprises a basement, ground and two upper floors.
LMO Property is refurbishing the vacant first and second floors to create four office suites.
The work has already generated two new lettings. Manchester City centre based property company, Spectrum Investment Management Ltd, is relocating to suite four, and suite three is currently under offer to the E Agency, an Altrincham web design and online marketing company.
Cartridge World, the existing tenant of the ground and basement accommodation, has signed a new three year lease.
Daniel Lee, director at Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the vendor, said: “This investment sale offered a pro-active asset management opportunity and as such is proving a successful investment, for LMO Property.”
