CHARLES Court shopping parade in Timperley Village has welcomed two new tenants.
Raw Bake Station has taken a food preparation unit at 256B Stockport Road on a 12-month lease.
Evie Waxman, of Raw Bake Station, said: “The Raw Bake Station is all about providing guilt-free sweet treats for those who have a devilish sweet tooth like we do.
"Here at our new Raw Bake home, we play around in the kitchen to create magic for your mouths. Our products are gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, sugar-free and therefore guilt-free. We distribute our goodies to various different cafes and shops and also like to pop up at markets where we appear to be very popular.”
Unit 6, a ground floor shop, has been let to Mohamid Younis, a barber, on a six year lease.
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, said: “We had plenty of enquiries for these units and chose tenants to reflect the independent and entrepreneurial nature of the tenants in this village centre, which is now fully let.”
