A SALE businessman is using his experience and expertise to help budding entrepreneurs and start-ups on the road to success.

Harvey Sutton, owner of Suttons Independent Financial Advisers in Sale, has been involved in the financial services sector for more than 25 years.

After branching out into specialist life insurance products for the sports market, the business outgrew its old premises on Northenden Road and Harvey set his sights on a unique location – Trinity Chapel.

The ground floor of the former chapel, on Northenden Road, currently houses the existing Suttons businesses and the upper floor houses Trinity Offices.

Harvey is taking a modern approach to business and opening Trinity Offices up to start-ups and small businesses who need working spaces without the hefty price tag.

“Through my work as a financial adviser, I had observed changes in the businesses market with new start-ups, freelancers and small business owners looking for shared office space at accessible prices,” said Harvey.

“Trinity Offices provides a prestigious address for a new start-up or small business and a full suite of PA services to meet any business’ needs.

“In addition, I have endeavoured to retain the original charm and character of the building to provide a truly unique working environment.

“However, I recognise that modern business cannot survive without access to decent power, light and high-speed internet so I sought out the best infrastructure suppliers to meet modern business needs.”

Trinity Offices provides co-working space for up to 45 people who want office space and support services.
