A CONSTRUCTION consultancy is expanding within Altrincham and has taken the top floor of Kennedy House on Stamford Street.
ECM Associates has agreed a three year lease on the 647 sq ft office suite.
The company provides specialist construction expertise in respect of project and cost management consultancy services throughout the United Kingdom ranging from small residential projects to complex city centre developments.
Ben Fallows, director of commercial agent TFC, who acted for the landlord SHS Estates in the letting, said: “Altrincham currently has a distinct lack of quality space and with Kennedy House benefiting from a recently completed attractive refurbishment we are confident that the remaining 6,000 sq ft, which can be split, will be let shortly”.
The company is moving from The Downs, Altrincham.
