NEIL Morland Housing Consultancy has taken a 200 sq ft office suite at 34 Victoria Street in Altrincham’s town centre.
The consultancy, which specialises in advice on homelessness, housing needs and lettings, has agreed a rent for a term of one year.
Regional Property Solutions acted for the landlord the Alan Stevenson Partnership.
