ANNIE Stackhouse, from Sale, has joined Broadheath-based construction firm's McGoff & Byrne’s new facilities management division in the role of asset and operations manager.
The 28-year-old is one of eight new appointments to the facilities management team which has gone from strength-to-strength since it was established less than 12 months ago.
In her role, Annie is responsible for the day-to-day running of the division.
Reporting directly to Graham Forrester, the head of facilities services, she will oversee the programme of maintenance and minor works for clients including Manchester Airport Group, Cheshire East Council and Wyevale Garden Centres.
She will also manage McGoff & Byrne’s commercial clients during the period immediately after projects are delivered, to ensure that any snags or teething problems with new buildings are resolved quickly and completely to the client’s satisfaction.
Prior to joining McGoff & Byrne, on Lyon Road, she spent four years with Jordan Fishwick estate agents taking care of their property management department. Before that, she worked at Thornley Groves estate agents.
