ALTRINCHAM-based affordable housing developer and regeneration specialist Lovell has appointed Tahreen Shad as business development manager for its North West and North Wales region.
Based at Lovell’s regional office in Barrington Road, Altrincham, she will help drive the continuing expansion of the company’s open market and affordable housing business across the region and further develop its strong relationships with key social housing providers.
She has extensive experience in business development and in the housing sector, with recent managerial roles including working as business development manager for Wates Living Space.
