A HEALTHCARE business has agreed a deal to take space at Normans Place, a former church hall and medical centre, in Altrincham.

Handsome has taken the 2,300 sq ft property on New Street on a three-year lease. The business is relocating from an office at Manchester Airport.

Daniel Lee of Regional Property Solutions, who let the property on behalf of a private pension fund, said: "Over the past six months we have seen a noticeable increase in the number of enquiries for office space in Altrincham.

"Proximity to the town centre is a key requirement and the construction of the new hospital coupled with on-going mixed use development, the new transport interchange and planned improved public realm work has raised business expectations and is attracting companies to the town."

Handsome’s CEO Mark Critchley said: “We had been looking for suitable premises to accommodate our growth for some time and Normans Place provides the right accommodation in the right location for our business and staff.”
