Car wash for a good cause at Sainsbury's

A SUPERMARKET is set to hold a charity car wash at its Sale branch for a Manchester-based charity.

Staff from Sainsbury’s Local, on Washway Road, will be washing cars in the store car park today, Saturday, between 11am and 3pm in return for donations.

The stores chosen ‘Local Charity of the Year’ is N-Gage which gives young people at risk of educational or social exclusion opportunities and skills to achieve their full potential.

The charity works on a range or projects and programmes across Greater Manchester and it is hoped the car wash will raise much needed funds.
