Group boosts the Christie Group boosts the Christie

CATENIAN brothers Peter Heywood, from Timperley, and Mike Bramwell, of Hale, both of North Cheshire Circle presented a cheque for £2,649 to Kathryn Sexton of the Christie Foundation.

The cheque was presented in memory of Mike’s wife, Peggy, daughter, Sarah, and also 2010/11 president Brian Smith, all of whom died of cancer.

The Christie is one of Europe's leading cancer centres, treating over 40,000 patients a year.

The North Trafford Catenians meet monthly in Hale Barns.
