THE Greater Manchester Combined Authority is looking for two people who are representative of the criminal justice system to join the new police and crime panel.
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Greater Manchester will be elected on November 15 and the panel is being set up in order to hold him or her to account.
The two independent members must be local to Greater Manchester and must have experience and knowledge of policing, criminal justice or community safety.
They will be appointed to the panel in their individual capacity, rather than as a representative of any particular organisation.
