MEMBERS of the Breathe Clean Air Group (BCAG) joined in the fun at Flixton, Urmston and Davyhulme Carnival on Saturday (September 1).

They dressed up a car with a cardboard incinerator and joined in the parade. They also manned a stall at Woodsend Playing Fields, pictured, and collected nearly 500 signatures on their petition to stop the controversial Barton Renewable Energy Plant.

On Sunday (September 2), residents of Bent Lanes, Davyhulme, held a very successful fundraising coffee morning.

BCAG is holding a buffet and disco at Davyhulme Park Golf Club, on September 21. For details see www.BreatheCleanAirGroup.co.uk.
