Parents' guide to grammar school tests at Holy Cross Church, Park Road, Timperley

A TIMPERLEY dad is aiming to help other parents cope with the stress of their child taking grammar school admission tests.
Mal Choudhury is running a free presentation evening for parents of children who have entered year five at a school in Sale or Altrincham.
Mal said: “My aim is to support SAM parents with the information to provide a fair chance for their children to pass the entrance tests in 2013.
“My wife, Shahnaz, and I have been working with our son, Ya-seen, to prepare him for the 2012 tests.
“I am holding the presentation evening from a parent’s perspective and it’s free.”
It will take place on September 27 at Holy Cross Church, Park Road, Timperley.
There are 60 places for parents and they must be pre-booked by e-mailing Mal Mohibullah Choudhury at: 786@daretosucceed.co.uk by midnight on September 22.
Parents should arrive at the presentation evening at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
