THE National Trust, North Cheshire Centre, starts its winter programme on September 7 with a talk by Terence McNicholls entitled ‘1001 Weddings - No Funerals’.
The meetings are held at St Peter's Assembly Rooms, Cecil Road, Hale and new members are welcome.
As well as lecture meetings the group also organises regular outings, walks and social activities throughout the year. Further details from the membership secretary on 0161980 8606.
