Teenager robbed at Trafford Bar Metrolink, Stretford

A 15-year-old boy was robbed at Trafford Bar Metrolink, Stretford, on August 2 at 8.20pm.
The teenager was stood with a friend when he was approached by three men, one of whom asked him if he had anything for him.
The victim replied nothing, but the man took his mobile phone from his pocket.
He was then asked what else he had and was threatened before the offender realised he was being watched by passersby. The three men then walked away.
No one was injured during the incident but PC Alastair Jones from the Volume Crime Team said the victim did not know what would happen if he did not hand over his phone.
“I would ask anyone who was at Trafford Bar Metrolink and witnessed the robbery or saw the men walking off, to contact police,” he added.
All three men were black and had their faces covered.
One wore a grey top, black trousers and a blue hat. The second wore a black top and blue jeans. The third man wore a black coat, hooded of and grey tracksuit bottoms.
