STEPS star, Clare Richards, visited the Trafford Centre to sign copies of her new book, All of Me.

The autobiography focuses particularly on the pressure she felt to stay thin during her early career and how she now feels confident and happy to be a size 16.

Clare also discusses finding fame with Steps when she was 20-years-old and how she coped with living her life in the spotlight at such a young age.

The 90s super-group only recently reformed, playing a host of tour dates including a sell-out gig at the Manchester Arena.
