Still time to enter Altrincham and Sale business awards

IS your business something to shout about?
The Altrincham and Sale Chamber of Commerce, in association with the Messenger, is looking to celebrate the achievements of local businesses and business people at a spectacular dinner hosted by BBC presenter Gordon Burns at the Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel, on October 18.
And the deadline for entries is rapidly approaching. Businesses have until July 30 to enter.
Chamber president Tony Collier said: “This is a fantastic and incredibly-cost effective way of promoting businesses in the area, and we urge businesses to take the opportunity to put themselves or one of their suppliers or customers forward for nomination.”
Messenger editor Keith Morris said: “There are some tremendous success stories out there from local businesses, and these awards provide the perfect opportunity to tell the world about them.
“Don’t be shy. tell us about your achievements.”
The categories are:
- Small business of the year
- Start-up business of the year
- Retailer of the year
- Customer care award
- Property developer award
- Heritage award Professional services provider
- Leisure and tourism award (to include restaurants, pubs and hotels)
- Young entrepreneur of the year
- Charity of the year or charity representative
- International business person of the year Business of the year
The deadline for nominations is July 30.
