Body found in Salford Quays

POLICE are investigating after a report of a body found in a canal in Salford.
At about 9.35am today (Monday), police received a report that a body was in the Manchester Ship Canal, near to Media City, Salford Quays.
Officers are at the scene and inquiries are ongoing.
More information will be released when it becomes available.
