Gascoigne Halman turn bakers for the day

THE teams at Gascoigne Halman, in Hale, Sale and Altrincham turned bakers for the day when they joined in a company-wide charity Bakethon.

The initiative on June 1 saw staff at the estate agent’s 17 offices baking cakes, cookies and muffins and selling them to customers and shoppers passing their offices.

Eggs were beaten and flour sifted to raise money for the company's charity of the year, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity and a tasty sum of £3,020 was collected on the day, £828 of which came from Gascoigne Halman’s three Trafford offices.
