Carrington pub to host Help For Heroes fundraiser

A FAMILY community pub in Carrington is hosting a Help For Heroes fundraising day on Saturday, June 2.
The Windmill Pub, on Manchester Road, Carrington, is a big supporter of Help For Heroes and Army Benevolent Fund Charities and will play host to a car boot sale, as well as a barbeque, tombola stall and a raffle, with all proceeds going to Help For Heroes.
The fundraising day will start at 10am, pitches are £5 and anyone wanting to book a place can call in at the pub, or call on 0161 775 2251.
