A LEADING charity is appealing to animal lovers to join a scheme to look after homeless or unwanted cats across Manchester.
Blue Cross provides its volunteers with, equipment, skills and costs towards veterinary treatment and pet food.
Owners often give their pet cats up when their circumstances change.
Michelle Smith, the charities foster co-ordinator, said: “Caring for and finding a loving new home for a cat in need is an incredibly rewarding experience.”
The charity relies on public donations and support to provide its services for pets in need.
