Trafford duo win places in the Vodafone World of Difference programme

CHARITIES in the Manchester region have been given a boost with 12 residents winning places on the Vodafone World of Difference programme.

Alison Cordingley from Stretford and and Jayne Storey from Hale are among 500 people from across the UK who will work for a charity of their choice full-time for two months supported by the Vodafone Foundation.

Alison, who will be working with Resolve International, said: “I’m really thrilled to have the opportunity to work for Resolve International in addressing poverty in Nepal.”
