Person 'stuck in mud'

FIREFIGHTERS were called to help a person who found themselves stuck in the mud in Ashton on Mersey on Wednesday.

Officers were called at 7pm to assist a person who had got into difficulty on Queen’s Road, but before crews were mobilised, they received a call to say the person had managed to free themselves.

Police were informed of the incident.

Another scoop for the intrepid reporting team at the Sale Messenger. I noticed none of the Nationals were onto this story. I can see a Pulitzer prize for the Messenger with this one.

manhatten loves the mud, washes in mud, clothes stink of mud, shaves with mud, and yup you guessed right always in a muddle =)
