Homemade Heaven and Vintage Style Fair promotes talents of Trafford residents

TWO Hale women are hosting a vintage fair showcasing traders’ skills this month.
Sales manager Jessica Rowlands and Louise Kitchin are the brains behind the Homemade Heaven and Vintage Style Fair which arrives at St Peter’s Rooms in Hale on Sunday May 13.
The women met five years ago after attending the same ante-natal group. While taking a break from work to raise their children, their passion for village life was reignited and decided to start this new venture together.
They took inspiration from many people, and one of the aims of the fair is to promote the talents of local people.
Barrister Louise said: “We want the whole family to enjoy the experience.”Goods set to be on display include homemade jewellery, greetings cards, jams and preserves and reupholstered furniture.
“The interest in this fair has been amazing. We’ve had to rent out extra space to accommodate all the stalls,” added Louise.
To keep in tune with the vintage feel to the fair, there will be entertainment in the style of the 40s and 50s along with a pop up tea room.
Entry costs £1.50 and children get in free. For more information, email email@example.com
