Marathon trio seek support

A HARDY trio from Trafford council will be striding out for charity at this weekend’s Greater Manchester Marathon.

Michelle Morris, who works at Broomwood and Timperley Children’s Centre will be raising cash for the Cardiomyopathy Association.

The council’s corporate director for economic growth and prosperity Nick Gerrard will be fundraising for the Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Appeal and Philip Davies, cleaning supervisor at Sale Grammar School, has adopted The Christie charity as his good cause.

Anyone wishing to sponsor one of the trio at the event, which takes place in Trafford on April 29, may do so by visiting one of the following website pages.
