Burglars strike in Sale three times in less than one week

BURGLARS struck three times in Sale in less than one week.

The first theft happened at Wharf Road last Wednesday (April 4) between 8am and 8pm and a television was stolen.

In the second incident, two men smashed rear patio doors at a house on Maple Close on Thursday (April 5) at about 3pm before stealing electrical equipment.

Then between midnight on Saturday (April 7) and 7am the following day, two cars were stolen on Kenilworth Road.

One was found abandoned in Partington on Sunday by a passer by.

An attempted burglary also took place on Kenilworth Road on Saturday between midnight and 10am on Sunday.

Thieves tried to break into a garage but no property was taken.

Two further attempted burglaries took place on Derbyshire Road South between 10.15pm on Saturday and 8pm on Sunday and on Royton Avenue between 8pm last Thursday and 11am the next day, during which nothing was taken.

wait until benefits are changed next year, with police numbers down and i guess moral at a low point with stations closed its a good time to be a criminal in camerons "big society" even the council are asking for volunteers to be there eyes and ears, time to wake up people this is no joke this time **** will hit the fan and it will hit you if your not ready/awake
