Altrincham school hands over a window for peace
OLDFIELD Brow Primary School's year 6 gave its 'Peace Window' to the Rev Danny Crosby of Dunhan Road Unitarian Church, Altrincham, pictured.
The children had worked on their designs for the special window following on from lessons on World Peace Day.
They chose the Altrincham church, as through their Victorian studies, a number of eminent Unitarians were discussed and the essential part they played in Britain's social history.
