Stretford students show their creative side

FIRST there was The X Factor - now there’s The P Factor.
This week students from Stretford High School are showing off their photography and poetry skills at a special exhibition at Stretford Mall.
The show will features work by y7 pupils at SHS and visitors to the Mall can vote for their favourite image or piece of verse in a ballot box.
Headteacher James Haseldine said: “The P Factor is a great example of the way in which we encourage our students to engage with the rich heritage and vibrant life of the community they are growing up in.”
The exhibition, organised as part of an initative with Trafford Housing Trust, runs until February 18 and the winning photographer will win a digital camera and the winning poet will receive a Kindle E-Book.
