HALE resident Liz Taylor, managing director of the Manchester-based event management company the Taylor Lynn Corporation (TLC), is working with BBC Children in Need to plan their inaugural fundraising dinner on November 16 at the Hilton Deansgate Manchester.

The evening will raise money for BBC Children in Need to help change the lives of the most disadvantaged children in the UK.

This is the first time that this glamorous fundraising event has taken place and with host Gary Barlow at the helm, it is set to be a spectacular night.

In an extraordinary auction, the event organisers TLC have called upon their long association with Bentley Manchester to offer a truly exclusive and unique auction prize to the 400 guests. They can dig deep and bid high for a brand new Bentley Continental GTC, a full week ahead of the car’s official UK launch. The successful bidder can then specify the car in the colour of their choosing and the stunning vehicle will be personalised by celebrities, and BBC Children in Need supporters, Gary Barlow, Terry Wogan and Fearne Cotton, with their signatures inscribed into the passenger-side airbag panel.

TLC managing director Liz Taylor said: “I am delighted to be working on such as special event for BBC Children in Need. As this is inaugural event and in aid of such as wonderful charity, guests can expect a fabulous and most exclusive night!”
