New iPhone app for recycling

RECYCLE for Greater Manchester has launched a free iPhone app to help make it easier for residents to recycle.
The application contains vital information ranging from the location of your nearest household waste recycling centre, to details on bike re-use schemes.
Councillor Neil Swannick, chair of Recycle for Greater Manchester, said: “This is one step, of many, to help Greater Manchester fulfill its ambition of zero waste to landfill”.
