Double celebration for Army Cadets at Manchester Cathedral

MORE than 250 Army Cadets paraded recently at Manchester Cathedral.

They were celebrating two occasions – the accession of the Queen and the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the cadet movement.

Greater Manchester Army Cadet Force has more than 1750 cadets training in 45 detachments across Greater Manchester, supported by 200-plus adult instructors.

The cadets are pictured forming up for the march past.
