A Stretford salon will be doing haircuts for charity next month, in aid of the Northern Moor community centre recently made famous by the Duchess of York.
Identity the Salon will be offering haircuts and blowdrys in exchange for donations for just one day at the end of January, to raise cash to benefit the Northern Moor community centre.
The salon recently relocated from Stretford mall to new premises on Urmston Lane to allow it to expand and take on more bookings.
Dawn McGeown, who was featured on the programme, said: "We are so pleased that the salon is going to help raise important for us to develop the community centre."
Anyone interested in booking a hair cut for charity can call on 0161 865 0015. The charity day will take place on the 28th January 2010 and will finish with a party in the salon, where there may be a special surprise guest.
