THE Altrincham Electric Railway Preservation Society's next winter lecture in its 2009/10 series will be on Friday 11 December 2009 and is entitled "Across India By Steam In The 1970s".

This illustrated talk using colour slides will be given by John Sloane.

The lecture is at Altrincham Methodist Church Hall, Barrington Road, Altrincham, Cheshire and commences at 7.30pm.

Seasonal Christmas refreshments will also be provided inclusive of the admission price. Admission costs £3 or free for AERPS members.
