Motorcyclist injured in M60 collsion

A MOTORCYCLIST has been injured in a collision on the M60.
Shortly after 3pm yesterday (Thursday, August 7) police were called to the northbound carriageway at Barton Bridge, following reports a motorcycle had crashed into a car and the central barrier.
The 22-year-old rider was taken to Hope Hospital for treatment and his injuries were assessed.
Two lanes of the M60 clockwise at junctions 10 and 11 were closed.
