Man questioned on suspicion of terrorist offences

Police are questioning a man on suspicion of terrorist offences after he was arrested at Manchester Airport.
Anti-terrorism officers are searching three properties following the arrest of 31-year-old Hassan Butt on Friday afternoon.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said armed officers were not involved in the arrest.
He confirmed one of the properties being searched was in Bury and another was in north Manchester.
