FASHIONISTAS of the 40s and 50s are getting the chance to become Miss (or Mrs) Violate Vintage 2018.
Vintage clothing store, Violate Loves Vintage, which opened in October last year has launched a competition.
The store which takes place in Afflecks is asking all ladies over 18 years old to send a photo dressed in 1940's/1950's style, by email: rachel@violetlovesvintage.com or via the Facebook page. On March 24 a final will be held at Afflecks with a panel of judges.
The competition coincides with the launch of the stores new spring/summer collection. There will also be a live singer to perform at the event.
Prizes of the competition include, a year's supply of dresses from the shop, a year's modelling contract with Rogue Model Management (Manchester) and a photo shoot with prints from Manchester based photographer, Allie Crew.
